Research has already shown that our area is short of homes for people to live in. We are looking for properties and sites that are suitable for community led housing projects.
Once a specific site has been identified, the Society may be able to become a “Community Land Trust” for that site. The society could then take the project forward on a more sound and officially recognised basis.
