Wirral Council have outlined a speculative design for the whole of the Woodside area, which they are promoting as the high-rise Merseyside Brooklyn ( based on New York, USA). Details can be found here.
The Society members are concerned that Wirral Council’s proposals appear to ignore, and even destroy, Woodside’s existing unique heritage.
