Backin’ Birkenhead is a local community benefit society. That means that whatever it achieves is invested back in to Birkenhead.
Its mission is to make Birkenhead a place that people will want to move back into. Why? Because, if we succeed, and we need your help to do it. Birkenhead will become a place where people can live happier and more productive lives.
We will work with local groups and companies in the Birkenhead and Tranmere area to help achieve these goals. We invite you to come aboard and be part of a new beginning for what was once before, and can be again, a thriving local community.
Although we are independent of Wirral Council, we have good connections with the council which enable us to communicate directly the needs and aspirations of the people of Birkenhead and Tranmere.
