Managing investment

One of the key factors for successful projects is showing a ‘return on your investment’. If there is no return on that investment, then you are running a charity, not a business.

Return on investment does not have to be financial. There are other things of value. It all depends on your project’s aims.

Deciding what is a ‘successful outcome’  is part of managing investment.
