Trams
From Woodside Ferry Terminal there is a tram line that can take you to Birkenhead’s historic “Tram & Bus Museum”, and, with your help, towards the Wirral Waters, a large commercial and residential development, based around the disused docks.
We are working with other groups to enhance this unique working example that meets Eco policies and supports the heritage of Birkenhead as the location of the first Public Tram system in the UK, if not the World.
