Shareholders
Our goal as a benefit society is to invest in the future of Birkenhead and Tranmere and make the area a better place to live.
This takes both time and money, so we are looking for both volunteers and investors. By investing ,i.e .by buying shares in the society, you help to finance its activities.
Becoming a shareholder means the Society has the money to react quickly and effectively, and,of course,as a shareholder you have a voice in the Society’s aims.

We will provide you with the UK Govenment mandated shareholder form which is needed under rules set by the UK goverment for Registration of Companies.
